Our governing principles are designed for mission alignment and long-term sustainability:
Core Objective: To research, design, and support the development of urban environments that foster physical and mental equilibrium.
Public Interest Mandate: The Foundation acts in the public interest and does not distribute profits to its members or founders. Any remaining assets upon termination must be transferred to a similar non-profit organization.
Membership: Open to individuals and legal entities committed to the Foundation's objectives, as approved by the Management Board.
