RC Forum
Aligning people around sophisticated frameworks
RC Forum operates at the early alignment phase of complex initiatives, where multiple forms of capital, capabilities and interests must be brought into coherent relation.
It works with a multi-capital perspective, understanding development as the outcome of interdependent resources and long-term commitments rather than isolated inputs.
The Forum focuses on the design of sophisticated alignment frameworks, supporting shared understanding, role clarity and systemic coherence across complex environments.
